!) The location was quite central and was excellent for our needs. 2) !e also thought the concierge Mr. Peter Gill was an extremely !competent and pleasant chap to deal with. He assisted us in making !hotel reservations and trip visits throughout our stay. He is a great !asset to your hotel. 3) The room we had was very quiet and the A.C. !worked well.
1) Some of the front desk personnel were not the most accommodating. I had trouble getting answers to certain questions even though I was promised a reply on 2 separate occasions regarding use of WiFi. 2) I also felt that the $40 a day parking is extreme; especially when one can park all day for $18. That means overnight parking is $22 which is a tad ridiculous. 3) Room was not always fully cleaned, I.E. carpets were not vaccumed and the ice bucket was never emptied and the bathroom towels were not always arranged or replaced.

Upscale fairly clean property, it has caring and always attentive staff on shift. The hotel is on a particularly good location so close to center of DC, and restaurant in the morning. Embassy Row district is worth seeing.

the location was great and the room was very clean and comfortable.
if you want a window with a view of outside, request it when you make your reservation...our room had a window that looked straight into the lobby. Also, parking was full when we got there and we ended up having to spend $80 to park around the corner at the Madison.

I enjoyed the view from our hotel room into the interior of the hotel.
I was very disappointed that when I arrived to the hotel that they did not have the reservation information from Booked.net and proceeded to have my guest and I wait, embarrassed, while they contacted Booked.net to confirm my reservation. It was humiliating to be told in front of my guest that a reservation for me did not exist at that hotel.

Colour Scheme in the Hotel Corridors to rooms too dark and gloomy a lighter paint scheme would improve the experience.

Great location and very comfortable room. Heavenly bed is amazing!!
Elevators were a little sketchy. When I checked in, i had to tell three different people that the elevator was not working. Eventually someone on the staff ran up to the 2nd floor and got an elevator to come down. Didnt experience that issue any other time, but elevator is very slow with long delay between arriving at a floor and doors opening.
